We recently moved and we were left with out a phone for three weeks . During my attempts to get a phone i was hung up on put on hold for 20 to 30 mins at a time , and i would be switched over to othere customer service reps and i would have to explane my story all over again . After several attempts to get a phone connected i was in luck . When i recieved my first bill i noticed it was outragesly high , Telus had not disconetted my old phone so i was being billed for 2 phone lines , after calling Telus and informing them of the problem they said it was now disconetted , till we got our next bill and it was the same thing we were being charged for two lines . I finally talked to a manger and as we were going over my bill he noticed i was being triple charged for my new number . It's two months since i have paid my phone bill as we are still trying to sort out the bill and what is owing.
